Dr. Patrick D. Aiello is a Diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology, practicing with Horizon Eye Specialists & Lasik Center. He specializes in cataract surgery and general ophthalmology.

Dr. Aiello is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan where he earned a degree in Chinese Language and Literature and his Doctorate in Medicine. Dr. Aiello completed a residency in Internal Medicine at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, North Carolina and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. He did a residency in Ophthalmology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

A Phoenix resident, Dr. Aiello is an active member in the Air National Guard. He is the State Air Surgeon for the Arizona Air National Guard and is a Senior Flight Surgeon. Dr. Aiello is an examiner for the American Board of Ophthalmology. He is on the faculty of Midwestern School of Osteophathic Medicine, Phoenix, AZ. Additionally, he is an active member in several medical societies, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Association of Military Surgeons of the United States. Dr. Aiello is on the medical staff of several hospitals in the metro Phoenix area, including Banner Good Samaritan, Banner Thunderbird, Banner Estrella, John C. Lincoln, and St. Joseph.
