in an informal setting. Dr. McCulloch or Dr. Chang and their staff will

VIP LASIK Exam
Scheduling your FREE VIP LASIK Exam is your first step to achieving improved
vision. Unlike other centers, Horizon Laser Vision Center offers a truly
comprehensive exam, free, with no obligation. It will include a complete
evaluation of the internal and external health of your eyes. We will create
a detailed map of your unique eyes and perform all of the visual tests
necessary to prepare you for LASIK. We will be using the latest, most
advanced technology to thoroughly determine you eligibility for LASIK,
all in the comfortable, relaxed atmosphere of our state-of-the-art facility.
During the course of the exam, your surgeon will personally meet you and
answer any questions you may have. We’ll spend as much time as needed
to provide you with all the information you need to make an intelligent,
informed decision. In short, we want you to be completely comfortable
with Horizon Laser Vision Center and with your decision to have LASIK.
