ROBERT R. MCCULLOCH, M.D.

Refractive, Cataract, and Corneal Surgeon

Dr. Robert R. McCulloch is a Diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology and the Senior Cataract Surgeon with Horizon Eye Specialist & Lasik Center, having performed over 10,000 Lasik, and refractive treatments, as well as 20,000 cataract or corneal transplant procedures. As a specialist in refractive surgery, he also serves as Medical Director for our Lasik Center.

Dr. McCulloch is a native of Phoenix. He is an active member in several medical societies including the American Medical Association, the Association for Research, Vision in Ophthalmology and the Association of Microbiology and Immunology Group.

Dr. McCulloch is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. After serving an internship at Creighton, Dr. McCulloch completed an Ophthalmology Residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He also completed a Fellowship in corneal and external disease at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. McCulloch has practiced in the Phoenix/Scottsdale metro area for over twenty years.

Dr. McCulloch enjoys spending time with his five grandchildren.  He loves being outdoors hiking, camping and fishing.
